Team Mage2 is looking for highly proficient Shopify developers with 1 to 3 years of experience to join the team on a full-time basis. The position is open for Bhavnagar or Remote work. Find more details below.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Expertise with HTML5, CSS3, PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript, with an in-depth understanding of DOM.
- Shopify theme development & customization, store migration, and speed optimization.
- Setup Retail and wholesale Shopify store.
- Generate custom-tailored Shopify themes and alter pre-existing Shopify templates.
- Shopify API related to any changes like products, orders, customers, webhook, etc.
- Shopify app development (private & public both), setup and installation.
Required Skills & Experience
- Exceptional knowledge of liquid programming language.
- Good experience in building, launching, and maintaining Shopify stores, as well as general knowledge of the admin systems.
- Hands-on experience in creating Shopify eCommerce websites from scratch.
- Clear concept of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.
- Ability to integrate and safely remove third-party Shopify apps.
- Strong knowledge of web development principles and frontend performance practices.
- Experience with implementing/debugging 3rd party Shopify apps as well as creating custom solutions if necessary.
- Thorough testing and debugging skills with browser console and external tools.
- Experience with Shopify’s object/properties, API, and Meta fields.
- Preferable knowledge of other e-commerce platforms/plugins.
- Object-oriented programming using PHP is a plus.
